Rebuild Conway Project

Mission

        Target City areas of high crime and developing a program for lowering the level of Crime through the following Intervention Programs:

                1.  Rebuild infrastructure - including sidewalks streets resurfacing and drainage.

                2.  Improve landscaping and outward appearance of these areas.

                3.  Provide an incentive program to attract business to their community where allowed by zoning.

                4.  Provide opportunity for homeowners and renters to improve their properties through

                        a)    Free paint up to $500 per household

                        b)    Low Interest loan from local Banks.

                5.  Provide community support through encouragement to adopt a Highway.

                6.  Encourage youth participation to recreation and police sponsored programs.

                7.  Encourage matching grants from state and federal levels to assist in upkeep and community.

                8. Provide superior Police protection to neighborhood.
