Irby L. Koon, Mayor Pro Tem
Irby L. Koon has served on Conway’s City Council since 1998 and is currently serving his second term as Mayor Pro Tem which he also held in 2002. Councilman Koon works in Educational Administration for Horry County Schools. His wife, Lynne, is a teacher with Horry County Schools.
