Gregory K. Martin, Mayor
Gregory K. Martin has been Mayor of Conway since 1995. Before being elected to his current office, Mayor Martin served on Conway's City Council from 1991 to 1995, including time as Mayor Pro Tem in 1994. Prior governmental experience also includes the Conway Planning Commission (1986-1989), Chairman of the Planning Commission (1989), Conway Board of Appeals (1987-89), and the Horry County Board of Architectural Review. Mayor Martin is a native of Conway and a graduate of Clemson University and the USC School of Law. He is an attorney and an active member of First United Methodist Church.
