When constructing new construction and/or additions you will need to submit the paperwork prior to getting power on the project.
For Residential Construction:
- A completed subcontractor’s list with the contract value for each subcontractor
- Residential - Building Envelope Sealing Certificate, Residential Energy Compliance Code Certificate, and the Residential - Duct Sealing Certificate completed.
- Top page to the truss package that has the engineers seal and the list of the trusses
- Pretreat letter completed that includes the type of chemical used. If using the bait system, please indicate that on a sheet of paper and turn in with other paperwork
- Roofing letter notarized and completed or Metal Roof Letter
Please make sure the permit numbers and addresses are on all copies! You will not be able to put power on the project until the paperwork is emailed to building@cityofconway.com
For Commercial Construction:
- A completed subcontractor’s list with the contract value for each subcontractor
- Pretreat letter completed that includes the type of chemical used. If using the bait system, please indicate that on a sheet of paper and turn in with other paperwork
- Commercial Roofing Letter notarized and completed
- Any special inspections
- Top page to the truss package that has the engineers seal and the list of the trusses (if there are trusses for the job)
- Sealing Certificate Commercial
Please make sure the permit numbers and addresses are on all copies! You will not be able to put power on the project until the paperwork is emailed to building@cityofconway.com
Please make sure you have permit numbers and jobsite addresses on all pages and email it as one attachment to building@cityofconway.com.
