Redevelopment Incentives
This incentive applies to any person, firm, or corporation establishing a new business in a previously vacant building in the central business district.
Incentive(s) available:
1. Reimbursement of the required building permit fees
2. Reimbursement of the business license fees collected by the City of Conway for two (2) years. (Ord. No. 2008-08-10(A), 8/10/09)
