The Comprehensive Plan is a vision and roadmap that guides future growth and development in the City of Conway. 

In South Carolina, communities are required to prepare new Comprehensive Plans every 10 years. The plan addresses a wide range of topics that affect how residents experience the City, including: housing, economic development, community facilities, natural resources, cultural resources, land use, population, transportation, and priority investments. 

The plan studies existing conditions and identifies implementation strategies to help the City reach its goals.
