C.P. QUATTLEBAUM 2021 DESIGN AWARD WINNERS RECOGNIZED

 
On May 24, 1999, Conway City Council passed an ordinance establishing the C.P. Quattlebaum Annual Design Awards. The ordinance empowered the Community Appearance Board to select recipients of this award. In last night's Conway City Council meeting, Mayor Barbara Blain-Bellamy presented the awards to the 2021 C.P. Quattlebaum Design Awards recipients.
