Council Candidates in this election had to receive a minimum of 1,418 votes to win a seat outright. This number is figured by the total election votes 8512 divided by available council seats (3), and then dividing that result by two. (City of Conway Code of Ordinances Section Elections 1-8-3c2) Based on the unofficial election results above the following appears to result in Hardwick (1,762), Jordan(1,967), and White (1,687) winning the 3 city council seats outright. There will be no runoff election.

The Conway Municipal Elections Committee will meet Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 10:00am at Conway City Hall to review provisional ballots and certify the results. This meeting is open to the public.
