CONWAY STARTS NEW UTILITY BILL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM – Conway H20: Help to Others

The City of Conway is now offering a program to assist qualifying residents who the City of Conway services. The program will apply donations to overdue utility balances. Customers who wish to receive assistance must complete the application, CLICK HERE. Applications can also be completed at 1000 Second Avenue. 

How can you help? Current customers wishing to donate to others needing assistance with their past due utility bills can round up their current bill or make a donation.
