Conway Fire Department Receives Fire Safe Community Designation
CONWAY FIRE RECEIVES FIRE SAFE COMMUNITY DESIGNATION
Our department has received the third consecutive Fire Safe Community designation from Fire Safe SC. We join 151 departments across the state, along with many of our local partner agencies, to be awarded the designation.
Conway Fire Department is Committed, Focused, and Dedicated to educating our community about fire risk reduction in their homes and businesses.
To earn the “Fire Safe South Carolina” designation, fire departments must complete courses to improve data
quality, train community partners to deliver in-home safety visits, and further develop their skills through online
National Fire Academy courses in risk reduction and assessment.
