Conway Municipal Court processes traffic and criminal cases pursuant to the guidelines of South Carolina Court Administration.
Staff for Municipal Court consists of a Municipal Judge and two Clerks to the Court, one of which serves as Judge in absence of the Chief Judge. The City of Conway Municipal Court holds weekly bench trials, quarterly jury trials and frequent bond hearings for General Sessions Court cases. In addition, court staff prepare arrest warrants and affidavits for police personnel.

Municipal Court Administrative Offices are currently being renovated. Staff has relocated to 206 Laurel Street. Municipal Court will still be held at 229 Main Street.
