CONWAY, SC (June 10, 2022) – Conway Police Department has scheduled a training exercise on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at the Conway Sports & Fitness. Multiple city departments including Conway Fire Department and Conway Parks and Recreation staff will participate in the scheduled training. Residents in the area may see a large presence of public safety personnel and vehicles from 5:30am – 10:00am. The area will not be open to the public during these hours. In light of the recent tragedies happening across our nation, it is imperative that our public safety departments have training exercises.
