Former Councilwoman Jean Timbes and Councilmen Shane Hubbard were recognized for their years of service on the Conway City Council.
The Conway High School A Cappella Choir treated the audience to beautiful music, performed throughout the evening.
Conway is a special place, in part because of the contributions by these incredible individuals made to our City and beyond.
